Smudging rose adds in the blessings of love, happiness, and new beginnings, perfect for this new season of autumn.
i like to pray blessings in all the rooms I smudge and cleanse in, blessing all those in each room, envisioning my precious ones in my minds eye. (leaving a window open for what now longer serves -to leave;)
The equinox bundle pack comes with a beautiful bath bomb made with cedar and rose, as well as rose quartz, to allow yourself a purifying cleanse of the past season.
set the scene for you…light some candles, play soothing tunes, dim the lights.
Meditating on the beautiful season of summer, giving gratitude for all the memories that make you smile, and gratitude also for the memories that made you stronger.
Manifesting what you want to see for your fall season, thinking, pondering, and creating those goals.
taking in a big breath of summer as you immerse yourself in the cleansing water. Letting go through the bubbles…emerging out of the water you rise up like a phenix, welcoming into our heart space all the positive vibrations of the new season of fall.
Also included is a cedar/rose anointing oil. Blessed oil, prayed over to bring a blessing to you.
After the bath take the precious drops into your hands, rub together and cup over your nose and mouth.
take in 3 luxurious breaths. Close your eyes, allow the plant spirit to speak words over you.
then anoint yourself :
One drop at your third eye, may your mind be focused on good, pure, and noble thoughts.
One drop to your lips, may your words this season be words of encouragement, words of love, words of life, and words of peace.
One drop to your heart space, may your heart be abundant in showing grace compassion and kindness to all living things.
