3 week Ayurveda program.
Ayurveda {translates in Sanskrit “Science of Life”. Ayurveda is an ancient holistic practice of wellbeing to the full body, mind, and spirit. This is a program that I’ve developed to put you back on track to your natural rhythms you were designed to live in. It’s meant for people who are not feeling themselves lately, such as poor sleeping routines, and bad eating habits. People who just aren’t feeling themselves, maybe a lil more agitated, or anxious than usual.
We will meet one on one initially, where i will ask you a series of questions, find out what constitution you are made up of, based on the principles of the science of ancient Ayurveda. Your Dosha or constitution is based upon the 4 elements Earth, Fire, Air, and Water. After our meeting, i will place you on a three week program of wellbeing.
We will meet once a week with our group to debrief, followed with a yoga class with singing bowls sound therapy, crystal therapy, and aromatherapy. This class is designed by me especially for you.
As well as i will custom create a dynacharia (daily routine) with a yoga sequence for you to use, and eating guide included with all the foods to best suit your dosha. Also included are my suggestions of teas, herbs, oils, and crystals to beat suit your individual Dosha.
