Ayurveda 3 Week Program Of Well-Being
Are you feeling not yourself lately?
Perhaps not sleeping well, or eating well? Maybe your body is manifesting stress and your hair is dry, brittle or even falling out? Is your skin flaky and dry, itchy or rashy, extra oily with breakouts?
Do you find it hard to take a full breath? Are you not as patient, or happy as you once were?
Many people suffer through, however there is a natural way to come back to the rhythms you were ment to live in from the beginning. It’s called a Dinacharya. (A complete daily routine)
Why are some people hyperactive and fast moving, while others exude grace and stillness? Why can some people eat a five-course meal with ease, while others can barely finish a salad? Why are some people inherently joyous, while others carry the weight of the world on their shoulders? Modern genetics offers some insight, but what about the characteristics and idiosyncrasies that make every person unique? Ayurveda answers all of these questions with the Three Doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
The doshas are biological energies found throughout the human body and mind. They govern all physical and mental processes and provide every living being with an individual blueprint for health and fulfillment.
The doshas derive from the Five Elements and their related properties. Vata is composed of Space and Air, Pitta of Fire and Water, and Kapha of Earth and Water.
A person with a predominantly Vata constitution will have physical and mental qualities that reflect the elemental qualities of Space and Air. That is why Vata types are commonly quick thinking, multitasking, thin, and fast moving. A Pitta type, on the other hand, will have qualities reflective of Fire and Water, such as a fiery bright personality and soft, oily skin. A Kapha type will typically have a beautiful strong bodily frame and a calm sweet temperament, reflecting the underlying elements of Earth and Water.
You will find as you stick to this program, you will start to notice its effects bringing you back into harmony in your body.
As this 3 week program begins and you start to piece together the ways you have shaped your constitution, you will probably begin to see your particular strengths and vulnerabilities more clearly. And as your understanding of your constitution expands, your capacity to use these insights to your advantage will also improve, in turn improving all aspects of you!

We will be starting off this program with a cleanse, but i promise the best cleanse you will ever take (as far as cleanses go;)
Although we will meet one on one, where you will be asked a series of questions, maybe you want to get curious as to what elements make up unique, divine you?

This free dosha quiz will help you determine your ayurvedic body type, whether Vata, Pitta or Kapha. Ayurveda recognizes three body types, called doshas. They are Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Each of these doshic body types uses metabolic energy in a unique way. Vata spends energy. Pitta manages it. Kapha stores it. Your body type effects your physical constitution, psychology and way of thinking. Each body type tends to characteristic imbalances as well.
