Mama and Me Yoga Sacred Circle
10 hours of intimate connection with you and your precious wee one.
Mama you and your baby are so welcome to come as you are. To connect with other mamas and their babies in a beautiful cozy atmosphere out in the countryside of the gorgeous retreat facility of “Rising Moon.”
Join me Friday mornings, for 5 weeks where we will fellowship, sing, dance, massage our babies, stretch, and breathe in a sacred circle of precious women.
We will begin with fellowship and healthy snacks in the facilities gourmet kitchen, and sitting area.
Then we will move into our sacred circle in the spacious yoga room where we share our stories and open our hearts.
Women are precious. We thrive together. We support, uplift, encourage, and love fiercely.
I’m calling on you mama, here you are seen, heard, felt, and held in all the love of the divine feminine.
