What to bring to each class:

β’Yoga mat (you can get inexpensive thin ones at homesense and winners,
I do have some extras.)
Feel free to leave their mats for the duration of the program.

β’extra set of βjust in caseβ clothes (pair of sweats, and socks, undies, and T-shirt)
